Ned & Azalea

Azalea and Ned flew in from the US for this. She is Parsi, he isn’t, so the agiary was out. A Parsi priest came to the garden at Souzagad Villa Maria in Pune instead, and the people who had crossed oceans to be there filled it.

The ceremony

The ceremony was as much performance as ritual. The guests had opinions, the priest had timing, and Ned had the good sense to smile through most of it.
